ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an experience hospitality professional to work across both our bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will be confident in customer service, skilled in both food & drink service, and ready to take on more responsibility over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve drinks and food to a high standard

• Look after guests with both warmth and professionalism

• Keep the bar and restaurant areas clean, stocked and well presented

• Process payments/tabs/bills accurately

• Support each other in busy service periods

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• (For the right candidate) Step into supervisory tasks such as shift coordination and floor management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience ini a bar and/or restaurant role

• Friendly, confident and guest focussed attitude

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail

• Reliability and strong communication skills

• Flexibility and strong time management

• Ambition to progress your career and improve wherever possible

HOURS AND PAY

• 20-30 hours per week

• Competitive hourly rate + manage your own share of tips

• Progression for the right person
